About Greg

Greg is a "Florida native" and grew up on Panama City Beach and has been serving area buyers and sellers for the past 40-years since finishing college with a business degree. He is a second-generation Panama City Beach Realtor joining his mother's company when he got his salesman's license in 1978. In 1983 he got his broker's license. When asked about his early real estate training his answer is

From Panama City Beach's days as a small and sleepy beach retreat to an internationally known beach resort, Greg Taylor has been a part of this community. He has been in the business long enough in his area to see the many changes from the initial growth of the condominiums in the seventies the slowdown and double-digit interest rates in the late eighties, the resurgence of growth of the later nineties, to the unprecedented explosive growth since 2000.
