With deep Texas roots, Greg has lived in Austin since 1989 and is a graduate of Westlake High School and the University of Texas at Austin. His 30+ years in the area have given Greg a deep knowledge of Austin and all it has to offer, which he calls on to match his clients with the perfect property for their lifestyle.
Greg's 21 years of real estate experience are preceded by sales and service roles at the renowned Barton Creek Resort and Spanish Oaks Golf Club. Working in golf community development led to a transition to residential properties, negotiating the best possible deals for his clients. His post-college career in the golf industry instilled a strong customer service ethos and an appreciation for depth of product knowledge that followed him to real estate.
Recognized as one of the Top Producers at Moreland Properties, Greg credits his relationships for his success in the real estate industry. His long-term connections have followed him throughout his career and he enjoys keeping ties with clients, who frequently return to Greg for selling or buying their next home. Active in the Austin community, Greg also serves on the Dell Children's Council and is a member of the Longhorn Foundation and the Hannon Society, an organization that helps provide scholarships through the Southern Texas PGA Association.
A die-hard Longhorn, Greg holds a Bachelor's degree in business and corporate communications from UT where he played golf as a walk-on and was also a Silver Spur: a handler for Texas' famous mascot, Bevo. Texas athletics and barbecue are among his all-time favorite things about Austin, along with trying the latest restaurants and playing golf whenever he gets the chance.
Greg lives in the Westlake area with his wife, Keri, their twins, Graham and Whitney.
