Greg Zadel

Real Estate Broker – Broker/Owner of Zadel Realty, the company he founded in 1980, through the present. Licensed in the State of Colorado, the concentration of Greg’s brokerage is in Southern Weld, Northern Adams, Eastern Boulder and Broomfield Counties, including the communities of Firestone, Frederick, Dacono, Ft. Lupton, Brighton, Erie, Henderson, Hudson, Keenesburg, Longmont, Broomfield and Platteville. He has been awarded the Denver Metro Association of Realtors Roundtable of Excellence every year since 2011 for sales production.

Greg graduated from the University of Denver in 1981 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Construction Management. He has earned several professional designations including the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB). He was one of the first 300 to earn the NAR Commitment to Excellence (C2EX).

Realtor Association membership – member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors (DMAR), the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Realtor Association Service – NMDRA – past Board of Directors, Treasurer, President, and the North Metro Denver Realtor Association and Realtor of the Year in 1994, Lifetime Achievement award 2010. CAR – past Treasure, 2008 President, Realtor of the Year 2011. NAR – Director, past & currently service on several Committees and Presidential Advisory Groups, including Chair of MLS 2004 and 2019 and Chair of MLS TEIAB 2013 and 2020. Metrolist (regional MLS) 1992-2006 including Chairman of the Board for 7 years. Realtor Property Resource (RPR) Director.

Community Service – Carbon Valley Parks & Recreation District board member 1985-1994. St Theresa’s Catholic Church. Carbon Valley Rotary Club. Carbon Valley Chamber of Commerce. Since 2000, Zadel Realty provides scholarships at 2 high schools for students going into a business field. In 2003, Greg authored the book, Your Director Hat – a Guide to Serving as a Director on a Board, of which over 10,000 copies have been printed. Since 2006, the Zadel Realty team in the Carbon Valley Relay for Life has raised over $110,000 for the American Cancer Society.
