GREG ZESSIN

I began my real estate career over ten years ago as an investor. As an investor, I gained lots of experience that many agents don’t get. In 2014, I became President of SALA (Springfield Area Landlord Association) and still hold that position. In 2017, I was selected for Springfield Business Journal's Forty under 40. I also currently serve on the board for the Habitat for Humanity Restore. After several successful years as an investor, the next logical step was to get my real estate broker license. Other prior experience I have has been managing a local flooring distributor and contractor sales / installation manager for a local flooring retailer. As a result of my background, I excel in investment properties and property management.
I am very passionate about real estate and family. I try to spend as much time with my wife and our two boys as much as possible, especially since the boys are still young enough to think it’s okay to hang with mom and dad! I spend any other free time reading real estate articles and researching properties. I would rather be viewing homes and listening to real estate podcasts than any other hobby. For me, real estate isn’t just to earn a living. I love what I do! And I enjoy sharing about real estate.
