If you’re looking for a top-notch service, look no further! Greg was amazing to work with from the start in finding us our home. He was very thorough, responsive, experienced, reliable, professional, and very passionate at what he does. He went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a realtor. We were very well-informed of the process and has helped bridge some gaps and challenges we had by keeping us in check with our paperwork.

Our closing took longer than expected, but Greg waited for us (I know that’s not required), but he made sure that everything was taken care of and the house was set. He even helped us with various things we couldn’t figure out inside the house like resetting the garage door code and even gave us a folder with great information and contact number. I could go on and on of his great service. We couldn’t have been any happier. I highly recommend Greg i whether you’re looking to sell or buy a home.

I've worked with Greg twice, once to buy a condo and the second time to sell that condo and buy a house. After seeing a couple dozen places the first go round he figured out what we were actually looking for even though we had no idea. On the 2nd go round he orchestrated a same day sell and buy that went flawlessly despite my extreme apprehension. To this day 6 months later he has still been following up on a complication to our sale that closed 6 months ago.

Sold and bought my home with Greg, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and market. As a 1st time seller he answered all my dumb questions and worked hard to make everything happen. We were able to sell quickly and he showed us every house I thought we might be interested in even though he knew we would not be. He is a great person and has a wonderful family. 5 years later and he still keeps in contact w his clients through promotional events which we have attended with the family and have had a blast. Living in the same area I also tend to bump into them around town and always a pleasure chatting with them. I love my house and never plan on moving but if I do happen to move someday I will only use Greg!
