Gunnar began his real estate career while still attending college in Spokane mentoring under one of the top agents in the Spokane market. Transitioning to the Seattle market to help build the vision of Synergy Properties Seattle, he is the driving force behind marketing and operations emphasizing white-glove service and elite marketing.

A graduate of Gonzaga University, Gunnar earned a degree in Business Administration where he studied Economics, Finance & Marketing. While attending Gonzaga, he took his education to Florence, Italy where he analyzed Italian architecture, culture and the arts. Prior to pursuing real estate, his passion was in marketing where he worked as a Marketing and Video specialist for Gonzaga's athletic department. This experience in marketing in Division 1 Basketball sparked his passion for elite branding. Prior to this, Gunnar grew up in the suburbs of Seattle, playing football while periodically experimenting with entrepreneurial ventures starting a t-shirt brand in High School and competing in DECA competitions across the state.
In his personal life, Gunnar is a bibliophile, marathon runner, and videography hobbyist. As an Eagle Scout with experience in mountain climbing, 80-mile backpacking, and canoeing trips - he's no stranger to a challenge. When he's not selling real estate, you can find him exploring coffee shops, going for a run or settled with a book in hand - sometimes even a combination of the three.
