We had the pleasure of working with Gurjeet while buying a house in California and it has been a memorable experience. He helped us navigate the Northern California cities with precise knowledge of the area and amazing professionalism. We weren’t sure of what location would be ideal and Gurjeet patiently showed us options in the Bay Area and outside of it all the way north of Sacramento weighing in on the pluses and minuses of each location and the property, with a long term vision on investment value. We found a great property that we love very much.
Gurjeet was very thorough through the contract and closing period too. He has great connections for every need. Finding an insurance in California with a short closing timeline was hard, but Gurjeet brought in the right connections and made it work.
As out of state buyers, he made the process seamless and we were really taken care of.

His concern and patience for finding the property that we liked was truly admirable and he was fully committed and available throughout. We are sincerely grateful to Gurjeet and wish him the very best.

It has been fantastic working and knowing Gurjeet. First of all he is a genuine, trustworthy and kind hearted individual who excels at his work. He is passionate about what he does and that makes the huge difference.

We met him by a chance at an open house and that’s where my wife mentioned that Gurjeet was the realtor for one of the person in friend circle. We chatted with him briefly during that open house and got the good vibes. As a pleasant surprise, he just offered his card and did not ask for our contact details. That was quite different as the realtors at open house have only 2 agendas. Sell the house OR look for a new potential buyer :). We didn’t interact for almost a year and then we reached out to him, he instantly recalled our last brief discussion. That came as another pleasant surprise as he remembered us even after more than a year. Then we had our first buyer consultation with him and shared our unique requirements and he shared his ways of working. Usually after hearing those conditions, a realtor used to say that you may not even get a house but Gurjeet’s response was totally different as he said that everyone can get the house of their choice in their budget, we just need to have the patience. We said that yes we have patience and he said I have more than you :).

Based on our criteria, he created a filter for us and it continued to send the right recommendations as most were very close to what we needed. So saved us lot of time scrolling over real estate websites. This helped us to identify our potential properties much faster and quite soon we found an offline listing shared by him and it was exactly the way we wanted and he helped in the negotiations to get at the price we had in mind. He also helped us finding the right lender and the contractors for the work we had in mind for our property. During the whole process we could feel his patience and the thoughtfulness of anticipating the questions/feelings a buyer might have so he continued to address those in advance.

He is just a ping away and responds promptly. Never sounded in hurry while he was with us, be it over phone or in person. Wish him the best for future.

We came to know about Gurjeet through our Banker. At that time, we were in the early stages of house search. On the same day, we contacted Gurjeet; he came to visit a house with us and scheduled a one-on-one for over 40 minutes just to explain the different aspects of a disclosure packet. We are first-time home buyers, and we interacted with multiple agents to see how committed they are and how much knowledge they transfer to someone who doesn't even know how to ask the right question. Gurjeet exceeded all our expectations in that regard.

After being unable to purchase the first home that we offered, Gurjeet consoled us several times and told us not to give up since this is pretty common in the area. Also, he gave us tremendous flexibility in terms of backing out from offers. We never felt that he was upset or frustrated when we decided to back out of an offer that we had spent so much time on.

While visiting houses in different areas, Gurjeet never hesitated about the distance and was always available on short notice. Finally, when we found "the house," Gurjeet closed the deal close to the appraisal value and provided excellent after-sales consultation, and he is continuing to do that. We had a great experience with Gurjeet. He was actively involved in showing us properties meeting our requirements. He was very patient and would never hesitate to visit a property whether on a weekday or a weekend. We are really impressed by his dedication. When we are at the property he would clearly and openly state all the pros and cons of the property, surroundings and details associated with it.
While we were in the final stages of closing our deal, we got stuck in India for a couple of weeks because of visa issues. He negotiated very well with the seller's agent and helped keep the deal active until we were back to the US. He supported us well through the process and helped us close the deal successfully.

It's very important to have a right realtor by your side who can negotiate for you especially if you are first time home buyers like us. Gurjeet helped us navigating through the whole process of home buying as there were so many unknowns, he helped us understanding every tiny details of all documents like disclosures, offer details, loan documents, escrow documents etc.
Gurjeet analyzes market and evaluates the right price of the property (not relative) using multiple metrics and explains the price range of the property. He makes sure his customers don't overpay for the property especially in bay area market.
He helped us getting a good contractor as well, as we had to get some landscaping and few other changes done.
