Gustavo was born in Buenos Aires; Argentina, the youngest of two children. His dad was a manager at an international electronic company until he evolved into owning his own business. His mom was a nurse, and his sister assumed the role of protecting and spoiling him. As a young child in a country that loves and lives for soccer, he started playing as a goalie, until one hot summer going to the neighborhood pool, he discovered his love for swimming. Gustavo competed until he was 14 years old when he switched to water polo.
Gustavo played for 2 years. After his high school graduation, he went on to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business administration while working full time in the banking industry. Upon graduation, he landed a job in the Argentinian Federal Reserve. Gustavo was there for almost 10 years until the economy in Argentina hit a deep economic low and he decided to move to U.S. In July 1990, he arrived at LAX just before the 4th of July. With effort, he learned English and got a job as an accounting supervisor at a Hispanic based company.
After 7 years with hard work and strong works ethics, he achieved a director position. Why is he a realtor? Their first home purchase was stressful and less than enjoyable. This purchase motivated Gustavo to consider real estate as a career. With years of experience in customer service and a solid financial background, he knew he could deliver a better experience than the one they went through. So, in 2010, he took the State License exam and became a realtor. To further his knowledge and build opportunities to better serve his clients, he successfully passed the Broker exam in 2014.
Since then, he has helped many families purchase their first home or to move to their dream home. He has achieved this by extolling the benefit and pride of ownership.
