Gustavo has worked with marquee brands during his career: Hilton, Land Rover, Qualcomm, Microsoft, and Siemens. His responsibilities were managing clients' expectations and later in his career, he focused on business development. As well, he had the opportunity to start his own Search Executive Firm during the financial crisis, his firm niche was a matchmaker between MBA/Consulting talent with theTech, Pharma and Biotech companies such as Abbott, Qualcomm, and Synthetic Genomics. With his strong Marketing background and clients' input, he tailors marketing strategies to leverage each individual property.

Gustavo is known for dedication, commitment, and drive to find the right outcome for each client. With his exceptional work ethic, integrity and ability to observe, listen, capture, and deliver on his clients' wants/needs and dreams. He takes prides in negotiating in behalf of his clients, closing deals and highest respect for his clients' confidentiality and privacy.

Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil with a French flair (He was born in Paris), Gustavo benefits from his international and cosmopolitan upbringing and experience. As well, his wealth of international contacts. Gustavo is fluent in Portuguese and English (still keeps his distinguishing accent)

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in European History from University of California in San Diego. There, Gustavo had the opportunity to learn and study under the world-renown Professor H. Stuart Hughes.

As a longtime resident of La Jolla, Gustavo has a great knowledge of each community. When not working and exploring opportunities for his clients, he enjoys Futebol, Yoga, Jiu-Jitsu, and spending time with his son, Luc. He loves Thai Food, French Cuisine, and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream. And He can't live without his morning triple shots of espresso.
