Gwynie Dennard was born and raised in Atlanta and attended the Westminster Schools as an Alpha Omega.
She attended college at the University of Georgia graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. After college, Gwynie decided to follow in the family’s footsteps and join the real estate industry. With her vast knowledge of the city’s neighborhoods, she fell in love with the buying and selling of homes and residential properties.
In 1981 Gwynie began working in the Atlanta market and she knew from the start that she had found her niche. Gwynie has sold homes in Haynes Manor, Tuxedo Park, Kingswood, Chastain Park, Garden Hills, Peachtree Park, and Virginia Highlands. In 2013, she made a move from another established company to Beacham & Company.
Gwynie believes that hard work with an aggressive attitude works well. She wants her clients to receive the best price, within the client’s time frame with the least amount of hassle.
Gwynie’s husband, Don Dennard, is a commercial developer. They have raised three children, a son, and two daughters. She is on the Advisory Board of The Atlanta Humane Society and Skyland Trail, a volunteer with La Amistad, and a member of One Thousand Shares, WCBS Bible Study, Peachtree Presbyterian Church, and Cherokee Club. In her free time, Gwynie enjoys looking in art galleries, reading about architecture, and exercising her dogs. Her favorite time is spent with family and friends.
