Hal has been a valuable real estate professional for our family for many years. Most recently he helped me sell a home in Fullerton while I am living out of state. He made all of the arrangements for many clean up and repair issues to get the house ready to sell. Best of all we had a really good idea of what the comps were for the area based on identical home sales and we came in at the very top of the comps. I would use Hal for all of my Southern California real estate needs.

We’ve been doing real estate business with Hal for 22 years! We’ve bought and sold single family homes, condos, and undeveloped land. He’s assisted us with our rentals as well. He’s been our agent, advisor, coach, and friend. He’s very knowledgeable! In the rare occurrence he didn’t have the definitive answer he researched and advised us. His experience level is priceless! He’s also lead our children through several real estate transactions over the years. Level headed and calming; the process of buying/selling is a stressful process but Hal always seems to walk us through difficulties as they arise. You can’t go wrong with Hal!

Purchase in Winchester, CA 6/2018 and sold 7/2021

Each home brought a new step up to my life, and Hal was prepared with each step that I needed to accommodate. Hal listens to each details, offers great wisdom, and knows his stuff! Hal did an amazing job in selling the home he had found for us 40 years ago.

When my wife and I decided to sell our townhome during the COVID lockdowns we didn't know whom to reach out to, so we ask a realtor that we worked with in the past if he could recommend a realtor in the area that was to his caliber and he told us he had the perfect person in the area. That person was Hal, and I can say we were not disappointed. I would be more than happy to use Hal in the future if we were ever to find ourselves back in the Orange County area or to recommend him to anyone in need of a professional and responsive realtor in the area.

Hal worked with me to maximize the return I got on the sale of my condo. He has contacts for all of the workers necessary to update and beautify the property, if necessary, all at very fair and reasonable prices. All of the work was done quickly and professionally under Hals supervision, taking a lot of the stress out of the process. I recieved multiple offers, all over asking price, and was in escrow within a week. I can recommend him without reservation.
