I’m Hannah Cassady, and I moved to Surfside during the summer of 2021 after selling my first home in Irmo, South Carolina. I’m originally, from a small town called Lugoff that’s situated about two and half hours inland from Myrtle Beach. I remember taking day trips here in high school as frequently as I could. It was all I looked forward to every summer with my friends. Now I get to call myself a resident, and I take pride in saying I can help others do the same. I specialize in helping buyers and sellers throughout the Myrtle Beach area including Surfside, Murrells Inlet, Pawleys Island, Downtown Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas. I bought my first home in Irmo when I was just 19 years old. I was incredibly lucky enough to have a family member as a real estate agent that took such amazing care of me throughout the entire process. I realized then how gratifying it was to be a part of such an impactful life decision, and how crucial having the right agent truly is.
