from California State University at Sacramento. Having spent over five years as a police communications dispatcher
and holding a part-time role as a Medi-Cal fraud analyst for the California Department of Health Care Services, she has
honed her ability to navigate challenging situations. Her past roles and experiences have additionally contributed to her
proficiency in customer service, negotiating skills, and the capability to navigate and perform effectively under pressure
