In California buying or selling a home is a complex process with many pieces that must come together for a successful sale. Whether you are buying or selling, my job is to act as your project manager to ensure any issues are promptly resolved and that all the players are working toward a successful on time closing.
I have been a licensed California REALTOR since 2015. My first two years I was an associate agent at REMAX Gold in Vacaville, CA. In February of 2017 I changed offices and joined the team at Pacific Bay Estates in Suisun City, CA.
While licensed to sell homes anywhere in California, my focus is on Solano County and its towns and cities (Benicia, Dixon, Elmira, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Vacaville, and Vallejo). I am a long-time area resident and as such take great pride in helping Solano County home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals.
To better serve clients, I have recently narrow my business focus to three market areas.
1. Single story homes - I have found that many people with younger children prefer homes without stairs. Additionally, many people have health issues that make climbing stairs difficult.
2. Homes with RV Parking - Many of my clients and acquaintances have owned RVs or boats and desired homes with available parking.
3. 55+ Residences - Solano County has several fine communities designed for active adult living.
I am a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master’s degree in systems management. Since the dynamics of California real estate are constantly changing. I have earned several Real Estate certifications and continue to enhance my abilities by enrolling in courses and programs designed to provide the latest in industry practices and changes to state regulations and forms.
