Hayk Karamanian

Hayk has lived in the Glendale area since 1992. He graduated from Cal State Northridge in 1998 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Emphasizing Finance. Started in the real estate industry in Early 2000 Mostly Involved in Real Estate Marketing at the beginning and later using his social skills and got directly involved with Buyers, Sellers, and Investors.

He Becomes friends with all his clients on the first encounter, he tell’s them what they need to hear, and not what they want to hear, because people know when you are selling them instead of consulting them.

Hayk is always easily accessible whether it’s in person, by phone, email, text messaging, and/or social media. He prides himself on responding to all calls and emails in a very prompt & timely manner.
