Everyone knows that buying/selling your home is a long, emotional, and arduous process. The excellence of your realtor will directly reflect how much of a headache you have to deal with. For us, there was no headache. Heather was amazing in every way! She helped us understand the process and was patient with our inexperience. To say she was prepared (and had us prepared) for anything, would be an understatement. We are so glad we had her on our team. For our future real estate needs, we will only call Heather Bault.

Heather Bault was my Realtor for selling some property that I had. I was amazed about her knowledge, her expertise and her professionalim. My property was listed and sold within about 10 hours... The pictures were great, she took care of all the questions, and all of the Paperwork. I was kept informed all the way. The process was one of the smoothest i have ever experienced! Thank you so much Heather! Highly Recommended if you want to sell or buy!

Heather is a wealth of knowledge and a pleasure to work with! She was always quick to respond and if she didn't know the answer, would find out. She kept in contact with the other realtor and my lender to make sure I had up to date information. Her personable and friendly personality with the other Realtor made a difference with the sellers during the process of choosing among several bids.
