Heather was incredible in the purchase of my home. She helped me initially at looking for the perfect place, but life happened and I had to step away from looking. Heather still maintained constant communication and was patient while keeping me up to date on homes that came available.

After a change in our plans, we wanted a house quickly and we did not have a lot of time to work with. Heather set up showings for us the next day. She assembled a folder with information on each house and walked us through each property offering observations. Within a day we found the perfect house.

Heather promptly crafted and submitted our offer to the seller. Since we were new to the area, Heather then recommended a house inspector. Based on the house inspector’s report, Heather suggested items for the seller to repair before we took possession. Heather immediately drafted and submitted an amendment that was accepted by the seller.

As we waited for the repairs to be made, we started wondering about the size and location of items in the house, for example: the whole house water shut off valve. Heather worked with the other realtor to swiftly get answers to our questions.

When it came time to close on the property, Heather kept us fully informed on the closing procedures. When we discovered an error on the HUD Settlement Statement, Heather rapidly walked the corrections through and sent us a new settlement document.

On closing day Heather walked with us through the house for our pre-closing inspection. After the inspection, our closing went without a hitch.

In summary, Heather’s experience allowed us to move fast to find and close on our new house. We are very pleased with the assistance Heather provided to us. While we have bought and sold houses before, but it was nice to have an experienced agent help us as we worked to buy a house in a month. We would certainly recommend Heather to any new home buyer.

This was not our first rodeo, we have done FSBO, direct builder buys, two cross country corporate moves, and a Move Up America sale. We were given Heathers contact information from a neighbor and thought we would let her be one of the three we interviewed. We told her this was not a cooperate move so she didn't need to do the whole hard copy market analysis and all that. She was the third interview. We had discussed a list price over the phone and it was in the middle between what we had already received from other agents. She showed up with the full hard copy, book bound market analysis, and said that was how she works. After walking the house she re-vamped her initial estimated list price. My initial thought was it was a little high. We were impressed with her professionalism and market knowledge. We followed her advice and we ended up having 5 solid offers, in four days of active listing. All said and done it was 16 days from listing to closing 102K over list price. Could not have been happier. I would highly recommend her.

Can't say enough good things about Heather! She has helped me with multiple transactions and each one proved to be as seamless as the other! She took the time to understand my needs as well as the needs of a friend I was assisting in selling her home. Heather doesn't look at her clients as just "business transactions" but genuinely cares personally for each one and wants to ensure complete satisfaction in the end.

I am in HR and have had multiple opportunities to refer employees to Heather that are relocating here. She has assisted with purchasing of homes as well as leasing options for those not purchasing immediately.

When we were looking to buy or third house, one of our biggest concerns was hiring a realtor. We were not inclined to to hire any previous realtors we had dealt with. My wife and I felt like the realtor was a necessary evil.

Then, one of my colleagues recommended Heather. I am very thankful that he did. Heather gave us a whole new outlook on the realtor experience. She did everything she could to get us the top dollar on our house. She also handled so much of the interaction with the builder on our new house. In the end, we got everything we needed and were very happy.

Heather actually listens to your needs and works to make sure they are met. So many others tried to talk us out of certain needs. Heather made sure we found a home that met them all.

We began looking for a home Christmas of 2017. Then we decided not to move after she had shown us numerous houses. Then a year later over Christmas break, we decided to look again. She showed us 21 homes over the course of 3 months. We'd travel from our house in Fulshear and stay with our daughter when we could. We put our house on the market the day after Harvey hit and only had 3 showings in the Houston area. Even though the market was depressed there, houses were moving in the Austin area. We ended up buying in Greatwood in Leander and we love the house and location. We can recommend Heather as a realtor and friend. She never waivered in her efforts to work with us. As first time homebuyers she ensured that we understood every step of the process and was available to answer and address even the smallest question or concern throughout and after we purchased our home (& trust me I had a lot of questions and concerns)! Can't say enough good things Heather.

Heather was our realtor when my wife and I built our first home. She let us know what to expect (and not to expect) during each phase of construction. Then, when things didn't go as the builder had promised, she got us a substantial discount. Long after the builder's contract was already signed. She really gets things done.

Always returned our calls and messages and kept in touch even in down time during the build. She even noticed some zoning and permit changes near our property and alerted us about them.

If I decide to sell or buy another house, she's the first person I'm calling.
