Heather Deleonardis

Heather Deleonardis has enjoyed many personal and business successes in real estate, having joined Sotheby's International Realty after an accomplished career on Wall Street as a fixed income trader.

Heather began her career in finance as a structured note trader for Lehman Brothers. Bear Stearns then recruited her where she led a team in the fixed income derivative group. She headed the structured product group at TD Securities from 2004-2006, with responsibility for structuring and distributing client structured notes and certificates of deposits.

Her combined training in both the financial and real estate markets has taught her a keen sense of relative value, patience, professionalism, and sharp negotiating skills. She has extensive experience successfully executing complex purchases and sales, buying and selling many apartments and homes in the Hamptons. For many years, she lived on the Upper West Side, as well as downtown. She is an expert in the Manhattan market and can confidently serve buyers, sellers, and sponsors.
