From start to finish Heather was great. She responded quickly whenever we wanted to see a property, and was super knowledgeable of the market and the area we were looking in. I never had to worry about the details I didn’t exactly understand. Most importantly, she put an offer in that was accepted. We looked for 5-6 months in a very tough market but Heather got it done. Couldn’t recommend more!

Heather Howe is a rare combination of knowledgeable professional and genuine, caring person. She works remarkably hard at every aspect of the job from finding a home that's a perfect fit to finding a buyer for our home when we chose to move. She and her teammate-stager made our home look so exquisite that it sold in 14 hours! She even came over to begin to unstage so that the rest of the process would go more smoothly. That showed concern and respect for the people on her team. She did all this in sweltering heat with a smile on her face that lit up the emptying rooms! Heather earned her commission ten times over. Even the neighbors were impressed!

Heather Howe really knows what it takes to be a great realtor. She just helped me to sell my home. It sold in 2 days after being listed and sold at a price $30,000 over asking. She knew how much to list it for. She helped stage the house. She advised me on the right time to sell it. She did everything right! And in addition, she was a pleasure to work with.
