Heather became our Realator after we had to let go of our first one due to us getting the run around, even after we had been approved for a VA loan! Heather is the greatest! Within days we had seen four or five houses and put an offer in for one. We continued to look at houses with her and then we found one that we fell in love and wanted to withdraw the first offer. She made the transition very smooth and simple. We put an offer in for the 2nd house, which are both in San Bernadino. Heather has been a huge help with the process of purchasing our home. Met her back in 2021 she assign us to three different lenders until we found the right one. First lender didn’t workout because of our credits but this lender help us with tips and pros on how to work on our credit to bring it up on our own. We follow every strategy he provide for us and we forgot about buying a home but thanks to Heather she would always check in with us see where we were on buying a home. I put my trust in her to guide me and help me with the whole process. She connect us with second lender we got approve but wasn’t enough for how much we wanted to purchase. I almost quit but then I called her again and ask if there anybody else we can get approve for bigger amount she connect us with the country mortgage. We start working no more than 5 months with this lender we got approved shop around and found our home open escrow and close within 30 days. This is my first time making a big purchase like this and everytime I would call Heather to ask questions she always get back to me if not by phone is a text message. Even when she was on her family vacation she was still answering my calls and texts. Not only did she have a plan to fix it, but the plan was in motion soon as she got off the phone from letting us know/our options. Heather was my realtor for my most recent home purchase in Los Angeles County, and I would absolutely recommend her to any of my closest friends and family. I felt comfortable working with Heather from day 1 and she was so present, patient and understanding to my needs during the entire process. Finding a home is a big decision and an emotional commitment, and when you are going through such a major transition, you want to work with someone who is going to treat you like their only client. Heather took the stress off of me, she was always responsive and available, and she was my ultimate champion when it came to negotiations, paperwork, and keeping all parties on track.
