To start my home buying process I consulted with my family's friend who is a realtor in a different state to find out how to pick my realtor. Knowing what I was looking for, Heather met my needs and exceeded my expectations. Her years of experience selling, buying, and flipping homes definitely shows. Heather helped me stick to my budget and I ended up getting a house below my budget.

During the home buying process there are plenty of opportunities for things to go wrong and I can gladly say that nothing on Heather's end went wrong. In fact, when I hit a snag in the process she called me and explained the situation in a different perspective and explained it was not on me. It felt great knowing Heather had my back and that I had somebody on my side.

I think when it came to selling and buying our homes we ran into every problem possible but heather truly manages it with grace. I also happened to be 6 months pregnant and she truly took so much of the burden off and helped us get our dream home before our little nugget got home. Above and beyond and worth her weight in gold.
