Heather Murray is the dedicated Team Lead of the Murray Realty Group, a top-tier real estate team serving northeastern North Carolina, Richmond, Virginia, and Virginia Beach. A long-time resident of Virginia Beach for over 25 years, Heather is known for her local expertise and unwavering commitment to her clients and community.
Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Heather is a retired NAVY veteran who, alongside her husband, Alan, began flipping homes in 2010. This sparked her passion for real estate, leading her to earn her license and build a career that spans new construction homes and real estate transactions at every price point. Heather’s leadership, combined with her hands-on experience, has made her a trusted guide for clients across all stages of the buying and selling process.
Beyond her real estate achievements, Heather has a strong commitment to community service. She and Alan volunteered with the Junior League of Norfolk-Virginia Beach for their Elevate to Educate program, positively impacting over 700 students at Little Creek Elementary School by revitalizing the learning environment through landscaping, murals, and playground improvements.
In 2019, they sponsored the Annual Hampton Roads Brewer’s Ball, benefiting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, which raised $50,000 to support research, treatment advancements, and the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic in November 2020, Heather and her team safely collected and donated 480 bags of canned goods to the 24th annual Mayflower Marathon, supporting the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia & Eastern Shore and the Peninsula.
