Heather Ogle Toth

Heather was born and raised in the Richmond area! After graduating from VCU, she began a career in Marketing & Promotions in Radio Broadcasting in Virginia Beach. Many years, hundreds of concerts, and LOADS of fun experiences later, she decided she wanted to settle down closer to her family in Chesterfield.

In 2014, Heather began pursuing her passions of home decor and architecture, eventually deciding that real estate would be the perfect field to fuel these passions. Her broadcasting background brought a new outlook and further knowledge of marketing, social media, and advertising to her team!
She spent a year collaborating full-time with the Valentine Properties office as the Listing & Marketing Coordinator. When she decided to follow her dreams in the real estate field, she knew she wanted a concrete foundation in the fundamentals of the business, and working in the office for a year before becoming an agent gave me the necessary “behind-the-scenes” exposure to provide my clients with exceptional fast-thinking solutions and expertise when buying or selling a home.

Being a part of the Valentine Properties family since 2015 has brought her a sense of comfort, inspiration, and excitement to my work life balance. Not only does her work family offer an ongoing cheerleader mentality in her business accomplishments, but they fully support the work and family balance that is of the utmost importance to her. If asked “Why Valentine Properties?” you would see a smile cross her face as she confidently responds, “Because we’re family now.” We treat our clients with the same respect and dedication that we do with our own loved ones.

Heather loves the excitement of helping her new clients in their next chapter. Seeing the pure joy of all the possibilities of the memories they will make from selling or purchasing their property brings me such happiness. She loves being a part of that special journey in someone’s life when a new adventure is beginning.
