Heather Smith

Heather grew up in Richland, Mississippi and graduated from Richland High School in 1988. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. Prior to her career in real estate, she taught school for the Rankin County School District for 10 years.

She has been a real estate investor and property manager for over 20 years in commercial and residential properties. In an effort to deepen her knowledge of real estate, Heather obtained her real estate license in 2014, and made the quality decision to join the KeyTrust Properties Paula Ricks team, serving Hinds, Rankin, Madison, Scott and Simpson counties.

Heather is a well-rounded family person, married to Jerry Smith and raising three beautiful children. She attends Puckett United Methodist Church in Puckett. Energetic, she is active in the community by volunteering at church and school. She has served as PTO President for three years, and is currently on a parent/teacher committee to improve the school, and booster club. Her hobbies include: reading, painting, gardening, raising miniature Herford cattle, and traveling with her family.
