I have been a licensed real estate agent Listing and Selling Real Estate since 2002. I Specialize in Listings, Luxury Homes, Brand New Homes, 55+ Communities & REO's in Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree & Phoenix. I have lived in the south valley (Ahwatukee) and North Phoenix (Desert Ridge) and now Peoria (Vistancia) so I know the valley very well from North to South, East to West. I am married to a wonderful man with 16 years in the Airforce, and a brother and nephews who have served in the Navy so I have a strong fondness and bond with our military families. I also have three children all grown, three grandchildren and a lovable furry child-pup at home. Having raised a family myself, I understand what families need when they are starting out, questions about schools, parks, activities. I also understand those who have furry kids at home and need dog parks, walking areas, veterinarians. And for those getting to the glorious slow down years, well that's me too! A recent empty nester! I love to golf, hike, bike, cook, decorate and dine out so if you have questions about these topics, I'm your resource as well!
