Buying a Home can be hard enough, and when I first saw that I Heather would be my realtor I didn't know what to expect. Because Heather is so professional in appearance and highly rate I was worried that she wouldn't have time, energy or incentive to help me with my VA loan in a tough market. I figured a high caliber relator like Heather wouldn't even want to return my calls or would roll her eyes if I asked to look at more affordable homes.

This was not the case at all. Heather is amazing, approachable and incredibly down to earth. The minute you hire her she is on your team and is almost a member of the family. So whether its holding kids for you or putting you in touch with a local vendor she knows, Heather always goes above and beyond. Highly recommended for all home buyers!

An incredible negotiator, responsive communicator and effective professional, Heather Wedmore is the answer to all your house hunting needs in this wild market!

You can imagine the panic when my spouse and I received last minute orders across the country to Twentynine Palms in the midst of the pandemic. With the addition of travel restrictions and the housing market as it is, the thought of purchasing a home seemed an unthinkable dream! We downloaded every housing app, scoured every rental site and found dead end after dead end for months until finally finding Heather Wedmore of 24/7 Realtor, Inc! We were introduced to Heather Wedmore and felt immediately at ease in the hands of someone so personable and knowledgeable about the market.

From the very start, Heather let no time go to waste in asking us exactly what we were looking for and sending us all the links and detailed info sheets to houses throughout the region meeting all our needs! For anyone else buying homes these last few months, I’m sure you can relate to houses selling within days of coming on the market, which meant we needed to be quick and purposeful in everything we did - and Heather was just that! As soon as we found the home we liked, Heather booked an appointment for a viewing, sent us all the pictures and videos we requested and within days, our offer was in.
