Heidi Simonsen

Heidi has been in the real estate business for over 8 years and is highly regarded for her integrity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. She is an agent who exhibits the highest levels of professionalism and service, qualities that many of her clients and colleagues have come to appreciate.

Before she joined Corcoran Global Living, she had a short sale negotiation company where she successfully negotiated over 150 short sales for over 40 agents within her community. She has also been a small business owner and real estate investor.

Born and raised in Reno, Heidi has had the opportunity to see this wonderful community grow into the thriving city that it is today. Outside of real estate, Heidi enjoys family time with her 3 children and large extended family. She is also an animal lover and has 2 rescue dogs. During her free time, she enjoys golfing, camping, snow skiing, hiking and loves to cook and entertain for her family and friends.
