Helen Martino

Helen Martino is a realtor® Associate with over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. She specializes in residential resale and sales of new construction. Helen owned her own construction company for more than 30 years. During that time, Helen was the design decision-maker in the field and responsible for the financial management of the company.

Helen also specializes in short sales and foreclosures, as well as commercial real estate. As a Certified Strategic Market Specialist (CSMS), Helen is able to utilize her knowledge and expertise to advise her clients in many facets of real estate.

In her career, Helen has received recognition for her superior skill and performance, including Top Producer and Circle of Excellence on the Silver and Bronze Level with her previous brokerages. She is a member of the National Organization of Realtors®, RealSource, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, the Garden State Multiple Listing Service and served on the NJMLS User Committee and Community Service Committee.

In her spare time, Helen enjoys playing tennis, skiing, hiking, and making pottery. She is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing and is a longtime resident of Bergen County.
