My real estates agent, Helena from ReMax, was always professional and listened to what my wishes were. When I reached out to her, she answered; and if she wasn't available at that time, no more than a 1/2 later, Helena returned my phone call. I explained to her that communication was very important to me and she took heed What mostly impressed me about Helena was her enthusiasm and optimism, even when things looked bleak sometimes. In addition, Ms. Rabess and ReMax had good contacts. I did my research just in case, but they were able to link me to good, reliable real estate attorney, home inspector, appraiser and a contractor to give me an estimate for needed repairs. These linkages really elevated a lot of stress. I was and am grateful to Helena and ReMax
