During my transference to Houston I interviewed five Realtors. A co-worker told me to talk to Helga Lozano and after the first appointment with her, my decision was made. We met at her office and right away she showed me the area and went right to the point giving me a lot of key information and good tips, not only in English, but also in my own Spanish language. During six month she walked us throughout all the process until we received our home built and ready to move. She educated us and helped us in every step for the home acquisition (negotiation with the Builders, Banks, etc.). Helga helped us search for a home that would suit both our picky needs and price range for nearly a year! She was always very patient. We viewed dozens of homes during this period and we never felt pressured at all. As a first time home buyers we wary and inexperienced about most of the process, but Helga was very honest and knowledgeable. Communication was easy with her through emails, text messages, and phone calls. When We finally found the perfect home she worked very fast to make sure We would land it at the price we wanted. She handled negotiating the entire deal very well and helped us coordinate all the other aspects of appraisals, inspections, and other services. When we encountered some bumps in the road she had no problem maneuvering around the situations to get us the house we wanted.
