Henry Cobb

Henry Cobb lived in other parts of the country, but he has kept coming back to Hampton Roads and is here to stay! Originally from the small town of Wakefield, Virginia, Henry loves the water and the friendly people of Hampton Roads. The area has so much to offer, and he enjoys showing it off. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and received my master’s degree in Adult Education from Virginia Commonwealth University. For twenty years, he helped companies and their families move to the area from all over the world. His former professions taught me how to balance serving clients and paying close attention to detail. Henry knows that not everyone will have the same desires and wants, so he focuses on honing in on what each client needs and delivering it to them. At the end of closing, he wants his clients to walk away feeling like he answered all their questions and made a complex process as simple as possible. Henry knows he has done his job whenever he hears a client say, “Wow, that was so much easier than I expected!” When he is not helping my clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys. There is nothing like the great outdoors, unwinding to music, or being on any beach with his family. Henry and his family are proud to call Hampton Roads home. He is so glad that he gets to focus on helping clients find the right home, right here! It is even more fun when it is someone who has lived here for years and gets to show them Hampton Roads for the first time...again!
