Herbert Rice

As a real estate agent his passion is helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. He has been a full-time REALTOR since 2010. His love for home sales began in 2004, He sold new construction homes for two builders in the Greater Indianapolis Area. He started his own real estate team (Your New Home Connection) in 2017. Since that time, their Central Indiana team has helped their clients buy and/or sell 400+ homes. He is married to his amazing wife - Jenelle and they have three wonderful children. He moved to Hamilton County in 1996 and has been a Westfield resident since 2001. His hometown is Shelbyville, IN (class of 1991). They attend Grace Church of Noblesville. He enjoys playing golf, wallyball, billiards and is a four-time mixed doubles badminton champion. He also coach girls travel softball and loves Cajun food as his wife is from Louisiana.
