High Heermans loves real estate, enjoy people, and appreciate the opportunity to educate his clients on marketing their homes, understanding financing options, deciphering the Purchase and Sale Agreement, navigating through escrow, and obtaining title insurance. And as an attorney and financial services professional, High Heermans has the education, training, and experience to provide detailed information and comprehensive services.

High Heermans limits the number of clients he works with at any one time so that he can deliver on his commitments -- to be available, responsive, diligent, knowledgeable, and thorough. He is guided by his client's needs, desires and goals and he tailors individual action plans to meet each client's specifications. he listens, works hard, provides honest feedback, and trusts his clients. Every day High Heermans works to earn his clients' trust and loyalty. Together, clients and he get the job done and done right.

High Heermans came to real estate later in life, after successful careers as a lawyer and, before that, as a counselor/social worker. He earned my law degree here in Seattle at the University of Washington in 1991 and hold a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oregon. He earned his B.A. in Political Science at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT. High Heermans practiced law in Seattle from 1991 until he became Compliance Director for Northern Life Insurance Company in 1999. Prior to law school, he worked for 20 years as a youth and family counselor, from 1982-1988 directing Mercer Island Youth & Family Services' high school-based crisis intervention program. Just for fun, in 1977 and 1978, he taught Alaskan Eskimos and Athabascan Indians how to swim.

High Heermans’ wife, Rosemary Williamson (a Seattle native from Laurelhurst) and he have lived in Seattle since 1981 and in the View Ridge neighborhood since 1991. They have two daughters, Caitlin, and Sara, one dog, three cats and two birds. Life is full! But not so full that they do not take time to hike, bike, swim, travel and otherwise take advantage of all that Seattle and the beautiful Pacific Northwest have to offer. High Heermans is proud to call Seattle home.
