Selling your home takes a fine balance of 1- pricing it right for the current market from the moment you list it; and 2- having it ready to show as soon as it is listed - remove personal items that are not needed daily and having the home in good repair - including neutral carpet and paint. If you are not ready from the beginning of your listing, it will be slow and frustrating.
