During 2014 I have been a part of a team that has sold 40 home listings where I assisted with negotiations and contracts, and also worked with several buyers.

I enjoy helping buyers locate and purchase a house. I enjoy hearing why or how the house will become their home. As a Realtor I coordinate with lenders, title companies, and all involved in purchasing or selling your home. My role is to represent you well and keep information flowing for a successful and timely purchase.

Selling your home takes a fine balance of 1- pricing it right for the current market from the moment you list it; and 2- having it ready to show as soon as it is listed - remove personal items that are not needed daily and having the home in good repair - including neutral carpet and paint. If you are not ready from the beginning of your listing, it will be slow and frustrating.

Through the years I have learned to drawn house plans, observe unique site characteristics, and appreciate large scale land planning. I am familiar with the home building process from design through to occupancy certificate
