Holly did a great job asking questions to help us prioritize what we wanted in our home. She worked within our budget and identified communities and houses that met our needs and desires. Holly understood our need for a family oriented community and focused our search for a home in several areas that had a high concentration of families. She did a great job helping us sort out what we liked versus what we didn't. Holly's worked helped us find a great house within a great community and we stayed within our budget. We recommend Holly to anyone who is looking for a home or has a home to sell.

Before we met Holly Couture, my wife and I had less than satisfying experiences with two other agents. They were slow in responding to e-mails and text messages, did not engage us regularly, and were usually busy with other clients. Frustrated after a contract fell through, our lender introduced us to Holly who quickly set forth to sell our home and get us into a new one. She created a common sense marketing plan using the latest technologies, and motivated us to look at as many properties as possible. Her smartphone was always close by, and she responded to messages quickly - a huge relief to nervous buyers/sellers like us. While I'm sure she had other clients at the time, we always felt like her most important ones. She did an amazing job of working with the opposing agents - getting the best terms on the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home. Holly is a workhorse! When the house we bought dropped $30,000, she was the first one of 7 other couples that came to see the house. As a result, we got it! Holly is the best. No other realtor will work for us in the future.
