Holly McDonald

Holly Schwartz (also known as Holly Schwartz McDonald) is a Realtor who has been featured on Home & Garden Television and specializes in serving the Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, and surround areas. She has been selling homes since 2011 and has helped over 200 buyers and sellers successfully to date. She is an agent with one of the leading real estate companies in Orange County, Villa Real Estate, and has an extensive knowledge of the area after having lived the area for the last decade. She is a a Certified Negotiation Specialist. Holly has a gift with helping sellers negotiate and get top dollar. As a former producer for HGTV's House Hunters, House Hunter International, and My House Is Worth What?, Holly helps her clients choose how to get the most bang for their buck and increase their bottom line. As for house hunters, Holly is skilled at helping clients through the process of selling one home in order to buy another.
