Hello Google reviews! I'm beyond estatic to give a review for Comapass Real Estate. I need to give a short bit of background info. My wife and I reached out to Holly a little over a year ago to discuss selling our previous residence. They walked us through the selling process and what to expect to sell the house for. 10 months later......I finally got the house ready for market. We contacted Holly and Mary to get the house listed. We got an amazing offer within a week of listing the house. Holly and Mary were crucial to getting the house listed and readily available to buyers. We agreed to the offer in December and closed in January. I know that's far from typical, but without Holly and Mary, that probably wouldn't have happened. I will forever be grateful for their help and for answering all the questions we had as the process played out. This team will do EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING to get your house sold. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and I can't thank them enough for what they did!

It was wonderful to work with Holly and her team this past year. From the moment she and I started discussing the sale of my home, I knew I was going to be represented very well during the process. Holly and her team helped me stage my home which was a tremendous load off of my mind. She brought in a wonderful photographer that took great “realistic” pictures.
