Holly is an absolute rock star! My partner and I recently purchased a home through Holly and I cannot recommend her services enough. The house we wanted was super competitive and we didn't think we were going to be able to get it. Holly drafted a very smart offer for us and the seller accepted it! Holly was amazing throughout this entire process. My husband and I were moving from Denver to Minneapolis, so we were not able to be there in person for any part of the purchase of our new construction aside from the initial property review. Holly communicated with use throughout the entire process, getting back to use almost immediately each time through text and email. She also went to the property multiple times and video chatted us.

She also worked with our agent who was selling our property in Denver, made sure we were set throughout the entire process.

I truly cannot say enough kind and wonderful things about Holly.

Being an LGBT couple, there are always hesitations with doing business with new companies and people, Holly was so accepting and truly gave us the treatment any other couple or person would receive.

If we get to the point where we are moving again, she will be the first agent we contact.

Holly and Tony where nothing short of exceptional in helping me sell my Mendota Heights condo and transition to an assisted living home. They started with helping me price the home and present it in its best light. Then marketed it such to get multiple offers within just the first few days on the market. Holly was a huge asset in the sale of my home! Her advice was on point and delivered with sensitivity and confidence. She priced the home right and got it promoted so we had a high number of showings and got a full price offer the first weekend! Her true talents came in between offer acceptance and closing when the inspection came back requring some reasonable and some unreasonable requests. Holly kept the communication going, helped arrange some contractors, and kept the deal from coming off the rails in a few tense moments. I would work with Holly again and highly recommend her to anyone needing a friendly, helpful and resourceful agent!
