My wife and I purchased a beachfront condominium in the greater Ft Lauderdale area in early March (‘22). Horst and Cristina Seibert were the local listing agent team. While my wife and I as non-Floridians were self-represented, Horst and Cristina were very helpful as we navigated an expedited process that in a total of 19 days included initial offer, negotiations and contract agreement, due diligence and inspection, a review of major in-process building capital renewal work, condo association interview, title work, and closing. Timely and accurate communication and action were key to accomplishing this. We also value Horst’s and Cristina’s perspective on the SE Florida market and insights on important characteristics of the different communites along the coast that vary materially every couple of miles. With an intended 20-year ownership perspective, locating the right environment for our family over that time period was a top priority. With Horst and Cristina’s help we found our Florida home, and our family is pleased with our unit, the building and its surrounding neighborhood. The expedited process also allowed us to begin enjoying the unit as owners on day 20 from initial offer.

Horst cares so much and puts his ALL in helping you find the home you desire! He takes in account all of your desires and spends so much time finding you a place with everything you asked for. He is patient, a go getter, and very hard working. I would never go to anyone else. Horst is the BEST!
