Howard was great! It took us over a year to find the right house, but Howard was patient with us and stayed persistent with sending us houses. All of his recommendations for the home inspector, title attorney, and mortgage company were great also. Howard worked well with the selling realtor, and guided us through the closing smoothly, with no issues or delays.

Back in May 2015, after renting in South Florida for several years, I decided it was time to purchase my own condo instead of paying off someone else's mortgage. However, because I procrastinated in taking that big leap towards home ownership I had only about one month to find a condo before the lease on my apartment ended. I did not know how to go about finding a property on my own or how to select a reliable realtor. I knew that Howard Gordon was a realtor and because he had a good reputation as the association president of the building I lived in, I decided to enlist his services. After advising Howard that I only had a month or so to find a condo, he immediately began emailing me properties in the Sunny Isles Beach/Aventura/North Miami Beach area, which is where I wanted to stay given the area's proximity to the beach. After sending me a list of several properties, which included his recommendations based on my budget and preference for living near the water, he and I visited a property in Avila Condominiums in Sunny Isles Beach. I was immediately intrigued by the condo because it had been renovated and was literally across the street from the beach. However, Howard recommended that I visit at least one other property in Eastern Shores before making a decision. At first, I was turned off by the fact that the condo in Eastern Shores needed some renovations to make the interior more modern. However, given that the building was right on the Intracoastal, came with the option of a boat slip, had relatively low association fees and was $40,000 less than the condo we first visited in Sunny Isles Beach, Howard convinced me that the Eastern Shores property was a better value for my dollar. Had Howard encouraged me to purchase the more expensive condo in Sunny Isles Beach, which he knew I was enamored with, I would be living there today, and Howard would have earned a higher commission as a result. However, Howard put my best interests before his own and for that reason I now have a realtor for life.
That's why in March 2019, when I was ready to upgrade to a 2 bedroom condo in a nice high rise, I contacted Howard again to find me the perfect condo for my money and needs. And once again, Howard found me an affordable condo on the Intracoastal in Hallandale Beach with all the amenities I wanted and a reasonable association fee. And like he did back in 2015, Howard made the entire process seamless and as stress-free as possible. Because he has a high quality professional network, he was able to connect me with a real estate attorney and title search company, a mortgage broker, home inspector, carpet installer, moving company and even a contractor, who gave me a reasonable price to repaint my condo and make minor repairs. I don't know how other realtors operate, but I think that what sets Howard apart from other agents, aside from his integrity and diligence, is that he can assist his clients in all aspects of purchasing a new home or property. The other advantage to working with Howard is that his knowledge of the real estate market is not confined to a particular county. Which is why he was able to find me the best value for my money and lifestyle in both Miami Dade and Broward counties.

Highly likely to recommend 10/25/2017 - loulaermer Sold a Condo home in 2017 in Sunny Isles Beach, FL. It was a pleasure having Howard represent me for the sale of my apartment. He made an excellent presentation for rationalizing the initial asking price. He appeared to establish a rapport with potential buyers and instilled an ongoing confidence by providing prompt sensible answers to all questions and subduing any doubts. I appreciated his help in obtaining adequate assistance for moving belongings to our new home and cleaning the apartment for the new tenant. The closing was easy and went smoothly. Compared to two previous residence sales he proved to be a godsend.
