My husband and I first met Hyatt by accident - we were visiting family in Sacramento and Hyatt was wearing his name badge at the grocery store and I sparked up a conversation. Hyatt was immediately attentive and more than willing to chat on the spot and eventually we set up an appointment to continue the conversation in more detail. We were in the process of relocating from the Bay area to find a more rural lifestyle but we had no idea exactly which area in the foothills would be best for us. Hyatt helped us discover which communities could be a great fit based on our interests and hobbies and for that I have to say that Hyatt is the most patient and kind professional I have worked with.

My daughter moved from Sacramento to Las Vegas about 2 years ago and was now ready to buy a home. Thing is that she didn’t know where to start or who to call. We have known Hyatt for years so we called him up to ask for advice. He didn’t know the Las Vegas market nor did he know anyone there locally, but he looked into it and even interviewed a couple agents on our behalf before connecting us with a local agent who really came through for us. Going above and beyond the call of duty really speak volumes about people.
