Ian Hale

As a mother and son partnership we provide a variety of benefits that others may not. Tina has over 40 years of solid real estate experience. Prior to real estate Tina worked for American Airlines, owned and managed a restaurant and worked as actors agent. Tina also owned her own real estate company in the 1980’s.
Ian came into the business in 1991 after graduating from Loyola Marymount University. Ian’s prior experience includes opening a real estate marketing / advertising business which he started at age 15. As a Venice native Ian used the local environment to create jobs. From catching fish in the canals and selling it to people on the pier as bait to selling lemonade and cookies on Washington Blvd on weekends.
We have expanded our business to include consulting, relocation, International sales as well as Vacation and Second Home Market. We work with clients to give them options that allow them to get top dollar as well as options to minimize the amount of taxes owed.
