Founded and direct operations for a company that specializes in managing, marketing, and selling REO properties on behalf of banks and financial institutions throughout the Greater Sacramento Area. Buy and sell properties for Sacramento Value Investors. Purchase, rehabilitate, and liquidate properties for my own accounts. Cultivated strong partnerships with investors, financial institutions, asset management companies, title companies, lenders, home inspection companies, and home and landscape contractors. Hired and supervise a team of up to 30 property evaluators, property managers, photographers, bookkeepers, and administrative support staff. Initially launched operations in Fair Oaks; relocated to Rancho Cordova in 2007.
