About Ian

Ian grew up in North Idaho and he feels blessed to be able to call the area home. He knows and enjoys all that North Idaho has to offer, and he is fortunate to have a career in Real Estate where he gets to help others achieve their dreams of home ownership in such a fantastic location.

Ian met his wife, Ashley, in Coeur d' Alene. They attended the University of Idaho together, and have been married since 2008. They have been blessed with three beautiful girls who keep them running like crazy yet grounded.

Having graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, as well as having a background in lending, Ian has a strong understanding of the financial aspects of purchasing and selling a home. Additionally, his knowledge of what drives real estate market dynamics allows him to help sellers effectively price their properties to achieve top dollar and help buyers negotiate a fair purchase price when buying a home.
