Igor Shubin

Igor Shubin’s real estate career began in 2003, and he currently works out of John L. Scott’s Bellevue-Issaquah office. Igor was born in St. Petersburg, Russia and graduated with a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Saint Petersburg State Polytechnic University. He later lived in Israel where he established his own real estate business. After moving to the U.S. in 2001, he continued his real estate career, now specializing in residential and investment properties in greater Seattle and the Eastside.

With experience living abroad and moving, as well as fluency in English, Russian and Hebrew, Igor brings a unique set of life experiences to his role as a broker. He is a part of John L. Scott relocation team and helps clients with domestic and international relocations. Due to his past experience with relocation, Igor is uniquely qualified to understand and empathize with clients relocating.
