As first time homebuyers, we were very blessed to have ILda on our team. Her level of expertise and professionalism made me feel more confident to purchase a home in this difficult market. First, let me explain that we were renters in a one family home for 13 years before it was put on the market, since our landlord abandoned the property. An offer was accepted to a buyer and we were asked to vacate the property in a 30-day time frame, which was impossible. Because of our family size of 6 members, we really wanted to buy our first home. We searched for months with no success. After having no success with our first realtor, we retained an attorney to help extend our time to vacate our current home, in which, then he put us in contact with ILda Borges. Once we gave ILda the specific information of what we were looking for, she quickly connected us with a mortgage broker and negotiated a contract that saved us tens of thousands of dollars. ILda works very hard and shows great compassion for the happiness of her customers. And from all of the dedication and effort she put in, we are the proud and thankful owners of a 5 bedroom/3 bathroom beautiful house. Thank you so much ILda and your team!
