Great Agent in a great neighborhood. We found Ms. Rodriguez through a home previously sold in the neighborhood. She acted quickly to give us a couple of listing amounts and what it would cost to get that out of the home. We signed and within days our first open house produced 7 offers many above list. Through the entire process she communicated effectively and we were closed within 14 days.

The͏ property belonged to my brother who passed away in April 2020 and I was introduced to Ileana almost 2 years ago through my niece's friend who sold their family home with the help of Ileana. I'm a UK citizen and I told her that I will put the property up for sale once all the legal proceedings are completed, and left the house keys with her before I went back to the UK in July 2020.
Even though we never signed any contract and it was only a mutual understanding, all throughout the 2 years of the pandemic Ileana looked after the house like it was her own, from helping with roof repairs, sorting out payments for the gardeners and pool cleaners, finding a cleaner to organising replacing one of the aircon units. I communicated with her on WhatsApp and she carried out everything I asked of her promptly and thoroughly.
When it eventually came to sell the property she organised the entire process very professionally, and introduced us to an estate lawyer Maria who also helped us in dealing with the legal matters in the exchange of contracts. All in all, I couldn't have met a more friendly, personal, caring and professional realtor like Ileana and I am very grateful for the help and peace of mind she provided in the last 2 years.

Ileana Rodriguez is a rare commodity among real estate agents in Miami, FL. She is a tangible example of the difference between agent and professional. Not only did she close a deal that was substantially more money than we could have sold by owner, she did whatever it took to help make or transition smoother. Our transition was a 3000 mile move. Many agents will allow a listing to languish if the buyer isn't there prodding. Not Ileana! while we had left Miami in May, she pressed on...Open Houses, gaining input from unbiased sources to make our house more marketable, helping us make the changes from so far away. Our neighbors remarked many times that there were Open Houses all the time. Considering the market when we started in June 2013 (nearly stagnant) to the December 2013 closing, she was able to constantly and accurately determine what needed to be done to sell. Our house had a prime location, but was cosidered dated by some. She was candid and correct with her selling tips. When there was a glitch with the first buyer (fell through) she pursued the contractual obligations to ensure the validity of the sale. She had the foresight to NOT stop showing the house while the buyer attempted to unsuccessfully play games. When it aggravated me, she had the experience to keep a cool head and indirectly apply pressure to that buyer to basically Show the $$. Her definitive knowledge of the contract and execution thereof proved invaluable. A true optimist, she just never stopped or gave up. If you are looking for a dedicated, extremely knowledgeable agent who will do what it takes to get you the highest offer on your home, look no further. Ileana Rodriguez is the professional who will exceed your needs. Proof? We just signed with her to sell our second property.
