I have been a Real Estate Broker since 1990. I bring my expertise in Residential, Income Properties, Commercial Transactions, Land Entitlements, AND Property Management
(I own MPM Morsh Property Management since 1999).

I served as the Responsible Broker of Coldwell Banker, Greater Valleys in Granada Hills with over 130 agents licenses under my license from 2003 to 2005. I have earned numerous awards from different companies for my achievements in Purchasing and Sales during the years I have been in real estate.

Before entering real estate, I enjoyed a long, successful career in International Sales, Management, Purchasing, Marketing, and served as the Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of the biggest
Cane Sugar Industry in the world with over 27,000 employees from 1970 to 1986.

I graduated from Kansas University with a Master Degree in Science in 1970.
