Having grown up in LA, Iric lived or worked in most neighborhoods from Downtown to Malibu. Collaboration with creative people marked most of his working life as a producer of TV commercials and running a very successful production company. As an investor, buyer, and seller for many years before becoming a Realtor, he truly understands what it means to balance investing or purchasing a home while still maintaining a career/family and needing to depend on their Realtor for more than just a salesperson.
