Iris Herbert

Iris Herbert, SRES®, REALTOR® is a second generation real estate investor turned Realtor in 2018.

Born and raised in Pennsylvania, moved to South Jersey where she has 20 years experience in investments and land-lording, owned and operated a small restaurant and mentored and raised numerous foster children. She enjoyed being a landlord and operated with a hands-on approach from start to finish. In 2015 she was a snow bird until deciding to move permanently to SW Cape Coral and getting into the real estate business in 2018.

She is an active agent with Sellstate MPR, representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis, and considers education of both clients and other real estate agents is an important part of her role as a REALTOR®.

She has a strong background in digital marketing, holds an Associate/Bachelor Degree from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh in Websites and Graphics.

Real Estate is where she finds her passion for helping clients, building trust, and infusing joy into helping someone find their dream home.
